The cosplay shoot: La Fortezza Del Cosplay 2024

The set gathers images made during La Fortezza Del Cosplay 2024, with tsuna midori, Freya Costume, La Pescia, Echoes and Runeterrae in front of the lens.

Two shots open the sequence on a background of rippled blue velvet, scattered with golden leaves and twigs. The reclining figure, with very light hair gathered into a long braid that stretches across the fabric, wears a dark blue dress with a band of metal discs at the waist and gilded bracelets on the wrists. In the first image the gaze is turned upward, the body loose among the folds; in the second the framing is from above and further away, with the legs raised and the hair fanning out, almost blending with the scattered decorations. The palette stays on deep blues, gold and pale skin.

An outdoor image follows, in the undergrowth: purple hair, a white and sea-green outfit with wide sleeves, light stockings, a large leaf held like an umbrella and a small white plush. Light filters through the branches and leaves the background in dark green shadow.

A fourth shot moves into the open, on a lawn beside a stone wall and a tower, under a cloudy sky. The white dress with turquoise inserts, the laced greaves, the sword and the round shield define the standing figure, caught in motion on the sunlit grass.

The fifth image is set in a vaulted stone space, crossed by a beam of light falling from above in a violet atmosphere. The white-haired figure, in a light dress and long gloves, reaches an arm toward the light with the sword resting at her side.

A dark shot closes the sequence, taken through a stone opening and a grate: at the far end, in an inner room, a seated figure is reached by a warm, reduced light, while the rest of the frame stays almost entirely in shadow.
